- How long does an order take?
- Lead times are shown on each product. Single decor pieces ship in 4–8 days; packs of 25+ ship in 7–12 days; corporate hampers ship in 12–18 days. Add courier time on top — Chennai is 1 day, rest of India 2–7 days.
- Can I get a custom colour?
- Yes. Tell us your palette in the order notes — invitation card, wedding theme, brand colour. For packs of 50+ we send a swatch reference before we start. There's no extra cost for custom colours; the lead time stays the same.
- What is the minimum order for return gifts?
- Different per piece — daisy heads start at packs of 12, daisy stems at packs of 5, keychains at packs of 10. Each product page shows the available pack sizes.
- Do you do corporate gifting / bulk hampers?
- Yes — that's a big part of what we do. Diwali, Onam, onboarding kits, client gifts. From 25 units. See the corporate hampers page for details, or message us on WhatsApp with your brief.
- Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
- For orders of 100+ units, we ship one production sample for sign-off before we make the rest. The sample cost is deducted from the final invoice once you confirm.
- Will the colour I see on the screen match the real piece?
- Close, but never identical — screens vary. For wedding or corporate orders where colour-match matters, ask for a swatch photo on WhatsApp before paying. We send one within a day.
- Are these flowers waterproof?
- No. Velvet chenille is fabric — keep them dry, out of direct sunlight. They last for years if stored well. Don't put them in a vase with water.
- How do I clean them?
- Light dust with a soft brush or hairdryer on cool. If something stains, dab with a damp cloth — don't soak.
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
- COD is available within Chennai for orders under ₹5,000. Easiest if you message us on WhatsApp — we set up the COD order directly.
- Can I order outside India?
- Yes, but it's case-by-case — write to us with your address and we quote based on weight and destination. Most international orders take 10–18 days plus production time.
- What if my piece arrives damaged?
- Send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund the affected pieces and cover return shipping. See the refund policy for full terms.
- Can I visit the studio?
- Not yet — it's a home workshop. If you're placing a corporate order, we can set up a video call to show samples and walk through the process.
