Shipping

Where we ship

• India: all states and union territories. We use DTDC, Delhivery, or Bluedart depending on the destination.
• International: on request only — write to us with your address and we quote based on weight and destination.

Shipping costs

• Within Chennai: ₹80 flat. COD available.
• Tamil Nadu: ₹120 flat.
• Rest of India: ₹180 flat. Free over ₹2,500.
• Bulk orders (25+ units): we quote separately based on weight.

Delivery time

Delivery time = production lead time (shown on each product) + courier time. Courier time:

• Chennai: 1 business day
• Tamil Nadu / South India: 2–3 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Tracking

We send a tracking link by WhatsApp and email the day your package leaves the studio. If a courier holds your package for more than three days without an update, write to us — we can intervene.

Failed deliveries

Couriers usually re-attempt twice. If all attempts fail, the package comes back to us. We can re-ship at customer cost or refund minus the original shipping fee.

Cash on delivery (COD)

COD is available for Chennai-only orders below ₹5,000. For COD, please keep exact change ready — couriers cannot give change for COD orders.
