Privacy policy

பூ Made (“we”, “us”) is a sole-proprietor studio based in Adyar, Chennai, India. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Order data: name, shipping address, phone number, email, items ordered. Collected at checkout.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. We receive a payment ID to reconcile orders.
• Communication: WhatsApp messages and emails you send us.
• Site usage: we don't run ad trackers. Vercel logs server requests for security and uptime; this is anonymised within 30 days.

Third-party services

• Razorpay — payment processing. Their privacy policy: razorpay.com/privacy
• Vercel — site hosting. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Google Fonts — typeface delivery. policies.google.com/privacy
• WhatsApp — when you message us. Subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (required for Indian tax and accounting law). Marketing or general enquiries: deleted within 12 months unless you ask sooner.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

You can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or take it elsewhere. Write to hello@poomade.in with the subject “Data request” — we reply within 30 days.
