By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the following. These terms are governed by Indian law; disputes are resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The studio

பூ Made is a sole-proprietor handicraft studio based in Adyar, Chennai. Each piece is handmade — variation between pieces is intentional, not a defect.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Lead times shown on each product are estimates from the day of payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• For orders of 100+ units, we may request a 50% advance and ship the balance on receipt of the rest.
• We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil. We will notify you within 48 hours.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Intellectual property

Site copy, photographs, logos, the wordmark “பூ Made” and the monogram are property of பூ Made. Personal sharing is welcome — please link back. Commercial use requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is capped at the order value. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (delays caused by courier issues outside our control, missed celebration dates because of late order placement, etc.).

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that governs your purchase.
